In this practical and hands-on workshop, you will learn the do’s and don’ts of preparing a green smoothie, taste a few different ones and take home the recipes.

  • White Smoothies

What makes them so beneficial? The raw, saturated fat contained in white smoothies bind the toxins in our body! So, we naturally detoxify while drinking delightful concoctions. Through raw, saturated fatty acids, water and nutrients can be transported into the cells more effectively. As a result, we are more energy efficient and our body (including the skin) is better supplied with blood.

In this practical workshop, we learn the do’s and don’ts of creating white smoothies, and will try different recipes.
